Eila is not Polish.

Maybe you're referring to Ela, if it is then it's pronounced like Ella and it's a pet form of Elzbieta.

I'm not referring to anything, as I stated all I have been told is that it *may* be Polish and/or could be variants of Eileen or Isla.
