Neither are really my style. I like Honora, rather than Honor, and I do like Roderick.
Like Bear pointed out, I think Aeris would cause some confusion verbally. I like it on paper, but I don't think I would like it on someone in person. Sequoia is very hippy, but I don't hate it. I think it'd be hard for a child with that name to be taken seriously in certain situations, though.
