I love it too, for some reason I find it very soft and feminine. It's the little Japanese princess's name.

I like a lot of Japanese names. Aiko has a lovely meaning. It' s nice on a girl and a girl only, since it's a female name.

I knew a Japanese girl with the name Aiko. I like a few Japanese names, but Aiko isn't one of them. The Ai- is a harsh sound (its the same reason I don't like Eileen), so no, I wouldn't use it.
