My preferred spelling is Kaye (as in Danny), and as a middle name--and yes, I like it for a boy. I think it'd work best as either a nickname or a middle name, personally. I wish I could say that, say, a Kay Gregory Jurek would work out just fine, but I'm afraid that enough people would see it akin to naming a boy Sue that it wouldn't be worth it. D:
