I work with a male Kourtney. I don't know, it never struck me as that strange. I believe that Courtney/Kourtney/Cortney started out as a male name, and maybe that's why I thought nothing of it, even though my niece's middle name is Courtney, and I used to babysit for a little girl with the name.
But yet...Kourtney does sound more feminine than masculine. Maybe part of the reason it seemed natural is that the Kourtney I work with is quite effeminate.
