do anyone know what the surname Leijonhufvud means and how it pronouunced?I think that is Swedish.I found it from: Margareta Leijonhufvud (January 1, 1516 - August 26, 1551) was the consort of King Gustav I and a Queen of Sweden

This could be an antiquated spelling of Lejonhuvud, "lion head". In the 16th century some noble Swedish families adopted surnames from charges on their coats of arms. If the lady's family arms included a lion's head that would be pretty much conclusive.
It is an antique spelling of Lejonhuvud and it's pronounced something a long the lines of ley-on huv-ood or possibly ley-on huf-ood. (The Swedish U- sound doesn't exist in English)
