Would you pronounce it more like Nee-uh or Nie-uh. The reason I'm asking is because I looked up it's meaning and it said Nyah was an alternate spelling of Nia.

I really want to pronounce it as "Nyaa". But thinking about it a little more, probably Nie-uh. I knew a girl named Myah once, and it was prn Mie-uh

Nie-uh. Pronounced totally different than Nia imo.
...It's a variant, not an alternate spelling. Two different things. Variants are not usually pronounced the same. Just like Christine is a variant of Christina. Different.
