[Opinions] Vivere?
Ok, so I usually stray far away from names which are not actually names, but I think Vivere (vee-vehr-ay) is such a beautiful word and has such a lovely meaning (to live) that I am finding myself beginning to like it as a name. Is it too odd? What gender do you think it would suit best? I am leaning towards masculine, because it makes me think of Andrea Bocelli's song "Vivere" (Dare to live).I will probably keep it as a guilty pleasure, but any combo suggestions anyways?

I'm an Italian native speaker, so for me this is just as weird as wanting to name a child "To Live". What about Vita, that means life?

I like it, as a female name. It reminds me of French names.

I'm not sure that words as names is quite such a capital sin. I don't see the huge difference between Vivere and Viviana or even Vivir. *shrug* Sometimes they are bad. I also like Veritas from Array, and Spiritus. Or even Spirit. It is quite nice. I think it could be either gender quite easily.Simon Vivere comes to mind. Of course. Sweet Simon. Francesca Vivere, Adrian Vivere, Hugo Vivere, James Vivere...? idk.

Oh I really like Hugo Vivere. I was trying to think of combos but none of them sounded right next to the snappy Vivere. I also really love Veritas (it reminds me of the Josh Groban song!)and will add it to my list along with Vivere. Thanks for the input!
