At work today there was a little boy named Chiklis. Is this a name, or was he probably named after someone's last name?

Hopefully not. But I don't care if Michael Chiklis or Chiklis Smith delivered my baby AND donated a kidney to me, I still wouldn't name my kid CHIKLIS. Possibly a mn. But that's just me.

It was pronounced Chick-liss. There is a Michael Chiklis who is on The Shield.

I've never heard it and I really don't think its a name. If you ask me Its just kinda weird.
