I would knock all my favorites out of the Top 20, and replace them with similar names that are nice to hear, but won't overlap with my favorites - that way they'll still be special! ;) Plus, I'll replace all the really terrible names with suitable alternatives.

I managed to salvage my favorites from the Top 20. ;) Even though I prefer Emilia to Emily,
I kept it as Emily because I could see myself using Emilia and would hate to have it be so popular. (There are other similar names I've done this with.)
