It has been 7 years since we first welcomed home our first child: Logan! Now we have three precious boys: Logan, Asher, and Parker.
Logan is now 7 and is a brilliant little boy! He is bright and ahead of all of his classmates in math and science and reading- he does need to work on his writting though- I swear I can't read anything he writes even if he tells me exactly what it says! We've been working on this! He's also quite the shy kid too. He does have friends, but he's not one to jump up and talk to someone new. Speaking of friends, Logan's teacher told us that he and one of his classmates have declared themselves boyfriend and girlfriend! We talked to Logan about it and he blushed and told us that her name was Maisie and they've been dating for three whole months. Shane was laughing while I had no clue what to say about it! He even got her a stuffed animal from the toy store when we last went pretending that it was for himself. A little gentlemen he was to present it with some flowers he picked from our garden before he ran off to the bus stop! Shane and I haven't met her yet, but there is a parent's night at school where there are games, children sing songs, and we get to see all the stuff they have been working on- hopefully we'll get to meet Maisie and her parents there! Although not what I wanted at age seven, I do have to say that it is adorable to hear Logan talk about her and get that stuffed toy all ready for her!
Asher is completley opposite of his brother in so many ways! Asher loves to talk, meet new people, and has enough energy to keep Shane and I running after him for days! His favorite thing to do is play basketball- he loves it! We put him on a team and he's great! He's especially good at defence- he can get the ball from any kid! He's also a good shooter- beats us at PIG all the time! His other interest is his new brother. He can't wait to play with him and teach him basketball- literally! All the time, Asher is handing him the ball and expecting Parker to just start to play with him and we keep telling him that he can't play somethings just yet- he obviously doesn't understand that. We have gotten him to just push a smaller ball back and forth with him, but Asher gets bored of the baby play too easily and again wants Parker to play real basketball with him. Oi!

Andrew and Eleanor Crépaux are pleased to announce the birth of their third child, a son, Dorian Sebastien Crépaux on May 11th. Their little Mother's Day present was a surprise to Ellie and not quite the way she wanted to spend her Mother's Day but a joy all the same. Little Dorian is welcomed and well loved by his two big sisters Charlotte and Essie.
Essie is almost years old and loves her baby brother. She tries to help and is always asking to hold him but she gets in the way more often than not. Here she is with an old toy she found in the attic the other day, she's been carrying it around and playing with it a lot. She might just learn how to tell time before she goes to kindergarten this fall.
This is Charlotte's second year at school and she's doing very well. She has made a lot of friends and Ellie was quite surprised the other day when she told her she had a boyfriend! His name is Eric and he's a little boy she likes to sit with on the bus. Charlotte really likes him and has been calling him her boyfriend for a while now. Eric came over to play yesterday and I could tell he enjoys playing with Charlotte who's a bit bossy, but I heard him say a couple times "I'm not anybody's boyfriend!" Ellie had a talk with Charlotte and she told her mom the next day after school that Eric wasn't her boyfriend any more.

It's been 4 years since Linc joined Alastair and Ruben's family. Ruben started working at the same highschool where Alastair works a couple of years ago. At first Ruben felt a bit awkward working there, because everyone knew him as 'Alastair's boyfriend'. But after a while everyone came to see him as himself and not an extension of Alastair. They had applied for adoption again, right after they had Linc and now the agency had gotten back to them with the message that there were identical twin boys in need of a family.
The twins came to them on their first birthday, they were happy little boys and they weren't afraid at all of being in a new home and they were pretty keen on their new fathers from the first time they met them (about a month before the adoption was finalised). Alastair and Ruben had made a party, to celebrate them coming to the family and to celebrate their first birthday. The twins were called Nick and Ned, but were renamed Nandor Othello and Nikias Oberon.
Here they are on their first birthday, Ruben and Alastair both couldn't figure out anymore which one was which on this picture.
Linc has found a new passion: trains. He talks about trains all day long and loves to play with them. He said that the new twins were supposed to know how trains work and made it his personal mission in life to explain everything he knew about trains to them. He also insists that they play with trains and even shares his own trains with them. Too bad that the twins couldn't care less about trains. They even get frightened when Linc tries to make them play with his trains.

At first Ruben felt a bit awkward working there, because everyone knew him as 'Alastair's boyfriend'. But after a while everyone came to see him as himself and not an extension of Alastair. They had applied for adoption again, right after they had Linc and now the agency had gotten back to them with the message that there were identical twin boys in need of a family.
The twins came to them on their first birthday, they were happy little boys and they weren't afraid at all of being in a new home and they were pretty keen on their new fathers from the first time they met them (about a month before the adoption was finalised). Alastair and Ruben had made a party, to celebrate them coming to the family and to celebrate their first birthday. The twins were called Nick and Ned, but were renamed Nandor Othello and Nikias Oberon.
Here they are on their first birthday, Ruben and Alastair both couldn't figure out anymore which one was which on this picture.
Linc has found a new passion: trains. He talks about trains all day long and loves to play with them. He said that the new twins were supposed to know how trains work and made it his personal mission in life to explain everything he knew about trains to them. He also insists that they play with trains and even shares his own trains with them. Too bad that the twins couldn't care less about trains. They even get frightened when Linc tries to make them play with his trains.

**We weren’t very happy, considering little Cecilia is only seven and doesn’t quite understand the concept of dating and why people do it. We’ve resolved the issue with the young boy’s parents and have explained to the kids that dating is for older people, that they’ll have to deal with a friendship.
