Gloria found out she was pregnant after she dramatically fainted at work. Twenty minutes later, she was conveniently being rolled out of a hospital, told by a David Hasselhoff-look-a-like doctor that she was pregnant with quadruplets. Pierce found out that Gloria was pregnant when she treated him to a candlelit dinner and told him over a platter of caviar and foie gras. If the quads had been girls, they would have been named Sophia, Angelina, Autumn, and Gianna.
