Elijah and Sarah have been busy the past two years with all of their kids. They've just recently had septuplets! Because they were conceived on their five year anniversary trip to Italy, Elijah and Sarah decided to use all Italian names for their new kids. Now, with 15 kids under the age of four, their hands are certainly full. Sarah and Elijah have hired three live-in nannies to help them with their little children.
