I like Claudia, but I love Maia and all of the combos you listed.

I go on and off with Maia as well - the name has been quite popular here in NZ for 3 or 4 years now, which kind of puts me off. I like it at the moment, but prefer the spelling Maya (pronounced the same). I can't decide whether or not I like Claudia; my overwhelming association is with the character from the Baby-Sitters Club books. I guess it's quite pretty.
Maybe keep both for a while, and see if one grows on you more than the other.
Out of your Maia combos, I like Maia Demetria best.

I like most of the combos, though I don't care that both names end in the -a sound. It clashes it bit for my taste. Out of the ones you have I think Maia Valentina sounds the best.

I like Maia, but only pronounced 'MY-ah'. It was a filler mn for me for a while. I like it, but I don't *love* it.
Claudia is nice, I don't think the sound is bad. The meaning isn't a big deal, and it has a history behind it which is a plus.
