[Opinions] Phea..
Somebody I know named Ellen named her first daughter Phea (FEE-ah). I forget her husbands name, possibly James.I don't like it personally, what do you think?

As a full name I think it's terrible. As a nickname, though, it's pretty cute.

It sounds like someone's trying to say the name "Thea" around a mouthful of food.On the other hand, if they'd spelled it Fia, I'd really like it (and wouldn't think of the sound the same way--I think it's the fact that it looks almost just like Thea). It's really the visual aesthetic that doesn't jive for me.Array

I don't like it at all. It doesn't look right nor sound right. Maybe if it was spelt Fia, I'd sort of like it. Sorry.

I dislike it. Also, it looks to me like it should be pronounced the same as Faye, not FEE-ah.
