It's a nice enough sounding name, but I would probably prefer it spelled Kasaia or Kesaia. Kessiah just looks like a trendy combination of Cassidy and Messiah. Messidy wouldn't work too well, lol.

Are you sure it is spelling that way? I would have assumed Keziah but I suppose this might be an alternate spelling. I really like it - my boyfriends parents are considering using it for their next child (although they already have a daughter called Cassia (cash-uh) and are worried they're too similar). It's always nice to see such a pretty, unusual name is use though. I really, really adore it.
