Unusable because "Evening Vespers" is a church service.

I don't know, I'm in the Southern east coast (Virginia). I'm not sure if it's a Catholic thing or not but "Evening Vespers" is a daily occurance at a nursing home I used to work for.

It's a Catholic thing although you won't see it much outside of isolated places.
