I don't mind the name Stella, but it seems a little out of place with the other names imo. Doreen is horrible, but I understand that it's an honouring name.

"Stella" is a pretty name, "Doreen" is an ugly one. No offense to any Doreens out there, because this is just my opinion.

I love Liam Aaron but I don't really like Stella Doreen. I strongy dislike Doreen & have never really liked Stella.
Ella Dora would have been nice imo.
Nice sibset though.

It's nice, but Stella is still beer to me. I liked it when I was a child, but as soon as I was a teenager it was beer. And I don't even drink it.

Doreen is cool to see. If they stress the second syllable, it's got the good qualities of a filler while still being different.

I think it's great

Both Stella Doreen and Liam Aaron are wonderful as combos and as a sib set. It's far better taste that what most celebrities seem to dish out for their children.

Yay...a classy name! I love Stella - so pretty and feminine :-) Doreen isn't my style, but since it's a family name, I can see why they'd want to use it. Overall, the combo is nice.

Liam and Stella makes such a nice sib set imo. Congratulations to Tori, Dean, and big brother, Liam!

I love it. So nice to see a celeb using proper and tasteful names. Stella Doreen McDermott is lovely and classy imo as is Liam Aaron and I think it's great that they are honouring. This is really a year for celeb babies. Can't wait to see the names of Jamie Lynn and Brangelina's babies.

That would just be silly. Also, Stella Doreen reminds me of those Stella D'oro cookies. Since it's Tori Spelling, I doubt she thought of that. :)

I love Stella, and it fits nicely with Liam. However, I really dislike Doreen. Noreen or would've been ten times better, IMHO.

Stella is lovely. I'm not crazy about Doreen, though. Perhaps that's a family name, like Aaron.
