I haven't heard of Saronia before.
Sevastia looks like a feminine varient of Sevastian, which is a Spanish varient of Sebastian (and pronounced almost the same). So I would imagine it is pronounced similar to Sebastia (the way you pronounce a Spanish 'v'). I like the look of Sevastia, but I prefer the sound of Saronia.
