If pronounced ro-WEN-a, then I like it, however, I have a feeling it would be pronounced ro-WEEN-a and that doesn't appeal to me in the slightest.

Rowena Iris is fine. Personally, I'd avoid pairing two names that end in a vowel and begin with one.
