Yes, it is. My dad showed me my sonogram pic a few weeks ago and as you said, I looked like a blob instead of a baby. My dad agreed and said that he couldn't even tell my arms from my legs and just went along with whatever the doctor said when he was pointing out features. Now, sort of in this one but more so in ones I have framed, you can even see the baby sucking its thumb.
