I knew a girl named this once. She was African American and very smart and classy. I have never met anyone else with the name.
I am in the states, never heard of Omega Burger. I have no other association with the name.
Even though it implies end, I think of completion which sounds better.

I live in the midwest (kind of) and have never heard of it either. I've driven about the more midwesty midwest and have never seen one. I believe you that it exists, it just must not be very widespread.
