Definitely MUCH more masculine than feminine to me. Ziva is beautiful on a girl, but Ziv is much more common on a boy (in my experience). I adore Zev for a boy, also; meaning "wolf" in Hebrew. Another problem you might run across is people screwing up the pronunciation. 99% of the great unwashed (i.e., non-name-nerds) is going to say Ziv with the -i- as in "give."
