Are you saying these are Irish names? Because most of them aren't...
Evelyn (Ev-ah-LEEN) - pretty but it's going to be mispronounced.
Irelyn - very tacky imo, both because it's a place name and it's misspelled. Prefer Erin.
Lyla - looks nice, but I don't like the "lie" sound.
Aria -pretty. I named one of my hens this.
Eden - lovely!
Eowyn -pretty
Arwen - nice enough
Kiera (KEER-ah) - nice and easy to pronounce, though I prefer look of the original Ciara.
Rose - lovely
Rosion (Row-SHEEN) -OK though it'd be mispronounced.
Hayden - very trendy, though not too bad.
Jadon - ok, nms
Tristan - nice
Teagan (TAY-gahn) - ok, I prefer it a boy too.
Harrison - I don't much like -son names. Though this isn't bad
Jude - nice
Judah - nice, prefer Jude.

First of all, the only actual Irish/Celtic/Welsh/Gaelic (Irish and Welsh are both Celtic; Gaelic encompasses both Scottish and Irish) names you have here are Kiera, Roisin, Teagan and Tristan. Evelyn, Rose, Hayden, and Harrison are all English (which is from the Germanic language family, not Celtic), and Jadon and Jude are Hebrew. Arwen isn't technically Gaelic, but Tolkien based Elvish on Irish Gaelic. Sorry I'm a complete language nerd! To answer your actual question, I like:
Evelyn, Arwen, Kiera (prefer spelt Ciara though), Tristan and Harrison. My favourite is Arwen by quite a bit. I also like Ireland (not Irelyn), but would suggest that you don't use it if you're living anywhere near Ireland.
Some other Irish names:
Niamh (NEEV)
Sinead (shi-NAYD)
Aoife (prn EE-fa)
Eilis (EYE-lish)
Siobhan (sha-VAUGHN)
Sean
Declan
Ciaran
Liam
Some other Welsh names:
Sian (SHAHN)
Ceinwen (KAIN-win)
Ceridwen (actually not too sure about this one, but I think it's either KEAR-id-win or KEAR-ith-win (kear to rhyme with wear))
Anything you like?
ETA to add Siobhan

I really love those names...especially the boys names. I'd definitely not give any of the names ending with an "n" a middle name ending in "n". It sounds weird. So with Tristan, a more "traditional" name sounds good with it, such as Christopher or Alexander. I also really like Harrison (and not just because of the actor). Isaac/Isaiah seems like it would go well with it.
For the girls: I like Irelyn, b/c it's odd yet very pretty. Kiera is also very pretty. For these I'd also give them a slightly more common middle name, that way if they hate the name (though they shouldn't!) they would be able to use it.
Hope this helped!!
