Not sure if these are all welsh, but
Ffyon is one of my favourite welsh names.
Gwyneth is welsh although i personally don't like it
Bronwyn - it sounds welsh but I heard it used in Australia
Teagan or Tegan I think someone replied here also, and yes I think that's cool too.
