I'm not quite sure what your point is. They are names used by British people living in Britain which makes them British names!
Noah is currently no. 50 and Riley is at 58 in the popularity charts. Oscar is at 38.
Ellice is presumably a re-spelling of Ellis and fits the current trend for El names (Ellie, Ella, Eleanor and Elizabeth are in the top 100, Eloise, Ellen and Elle were a few years ago). Ellis for a boy is at no. 78.
If Dani really was Danielle then that is how her parents would have announced it in the paper. I didn't just make it up. Takes me long enough to collate the names, without inventing them as well!
