Can you help me come up with middle names for Martha and for Aviva. I was thinking of Aviva Keziah but I'm not sure if it flows well.

Aviva Keziah is lovely. It's a bit repetitive (two a endings) but I think it flows well. I also like Aviva Rebecca, Aviva Fay, Aviva Noelle, Aviva Noelia, Aviva Michal, Aviva Rosaline and Aviva Melisande.
