Mine aren't special twin sets, I'd just pick two names that I liked. So some I would use might be:

Margaret (Maggie) and Claire
Eleanor (Nora) and Rosalie (Rosie)
Claire and Abigail (Abbie)
B/B
Patrick and Finn
Morgan and Colin
Patrick and James (Jamie)
B/G
Patrick and Margaret
Morgan and Eleanor
Finn and Claire
Or really any combinations thereof.
