Catriona - didn't realise the o was silent
Alix - thought this pronounced the same as Alex
Siobhan - when I was much younger I tried to pronounce this phonetically
Lila - used to think it was Lee-la
Leonard - my family still like to remind me of when I was a kid and I referred to Leonard Cohen as Lee-o-nard Co-hen.
There are probably more...

I think Irish names are the hardest to pronounce IMO.
