[Opinions] Re: Georgia and a few others + need some help from people who speak French
in reply to a message by Lily8
Georgia is a pretty name, but it's not something I would use myself. I hate the nn Georgie. I only know of one Georgia (she is probably in her 70s). BTW I'm in the U.S.
I pronounce the name JOR-ja. I also really dislike the spelling Jorja.
My opinions on the other names:
Talitha (not Tabitha) - Don't care for it.
Ronia or Roniya - I prefer Ronia to Roniya, but neither one is really something I'd use.
Keziah - Pretty sound, but not something I'd use. I could imagine it as the name of a food dish even though it isn't.
Tudy (no this is really not Trudy, I mean Tudy) - I really dislike this, sorry. It reminds me of tooting.
Lindley - Okay. I prefer Linley though.
Asher - I really like this name. I don't think it's too feminine at all.
Conrad - Decent.
