Love it on a girl

It is too surnamey for my tastes so I also find it too masculine for a girl.

Its alright, i like it better as a middle name because its more creative and the kid wouldnt have to have it as her firstname. becaue it sorta sounds like a boy name and she may get made fun of.

I don't like it. It makes me think of Harpys (Harpies?) and someone harping on about something. I don't mind it so much for a boy but it's nms on a girl. How about Hadley or Piper instead?

I love it! It sounds very musical and graceful to me, not harsh or clipped.

I like it a lot for a girl, mostly as a middle name and love it for a boy. Harper is just an all around great name.

I don't like the name Harper, although it's a lot better than Piper, a name I absolutely hate.
