1. I'm torn with this name, I like it, and I don't at the same time. I'm leaning towards liking at the moment though.
2. Definitely with the 'h' it makes it look rounded and finished.
3. I would so stick with Norah Josephine, that is gorgeous.
Other suggestions;
Norah Faye - this sounds whimsical and flowy to me and I really like that.
Norah Vivika - this sort of spikes it up a bit, I like it, but sort of reminds me of a mean girl.
Norah Carys - again super flowy and sweet.
