Given the name Anneliza at birth my mother scottish and father english. i was born in england, and would like to know what lanuage it orriginates from and what different translations mean.

Ann
and
Eliza
.

it reminds of the german name "annalisa".
there is also the name "anneliese"/"annelise" ( "anne" and a variation of "elizabeth", "lise" ).
