I like the meaning and sound of Alanis. Also seen it as Alannas and Alannis. I would prefer it spelt Alannis just so it's different to Alanis Morrisette.

...Morrisette. Which isn't really a bad thing; it will just be forever linked with that person, like Avril or Cher.
