The first time I saw it I though it was Luisiana. An alternative to Louisiana hehe. I don't really like it but I do like Louisa, Louise and Luana. I would pr. it LOO-ee-SUHN-na

I don't really like it. It looks Spanish, so I'd say loo-ee-SAHN-ah. It's too close to Louisiana, but it's not Louisiana, so it bothers me.
