I like it a lot. I'd definitely use it, which is funny because I really don't like Blake on a girl. But Blakely I do like. ;)

I once met a young woman named Blakely. I think it's very unattractive, especially for a girl. And it's very surnamey and trendy.

Not my cup of tea at all. I'm not fond of Blake for a boy either.

I don't care for it on either gender. The combination of sounds is just unattractive to me, and although I know that Blakely is a legitimate surname, to me it looks like an unnecessary elaboration of Blake.

I think it's an unattractive surname that should never be used as first name.
