Today I met a girl named Teather. Need I say more?

It reminds me more of the word "tether" (and as a nurse, I think more of a tethered spinal cord than tether ball :-/) and also "teether", like a teething ring. Yikes.

Um. I'm not sure how I feel about this. So I'm just gonna go ahead and say that I've known of someone named Kether. And I'm not sure how I feel about that either.

Um...I don't what to say. Leather and Feather would have been better.
I work with a nurse named Tether. Yes, like tether ball. She's a seriously beautiful woman and a very talented nurse. Her name has not seemed to be a handicap to her in the least.
Oh, I know.
Teather is the student of the year in a neighboring county. Just the idea of it made me want to cry. My poor name.

That's how I feel every time I hear some trendy conglommerated version of my name. Shaylee, Shaylynn, Shayden...
Terrible!
Wow. That IS bad.
I gotta wonder why they just didn't name her Heather-at least that's a REAL name.
