I would pronounce it mi-KAH-la. I really like it (it's on my PNL), it's much nicer than Michaela IMO. It might get mispronounced to begin with, but that happens with lots of names (I've had people mispronounce my name (Brooke)). MEE-ka-AY-la is a bit more confusing in term of pronunciation (and I really dislike the spelling Mikaela), but I like Mika as a nn.
I know someone named Michala and it's pronounced just like Michaela. Here parents were going to use the traditional spelling, but were worried that people would get it confused with Michael.
Michala sounds horrible... Michaela is much nice... Pronounce "mi-kha-lah", "mi-cha-la".
Michaela pronounce "mi-kha-e-lah", 'mih-KAY-lah'.
Michaela pronounce "mi-kha-e-lah", 'mih-KAY-lah'.
Michaela = 'mih-KAY-lah'.
Michala I would pronounce 'mih-KAH-lah'.
I don't mind Michaela, but it's been butchered because of all the Makaylas, Mikalas and McKaylas out there. I definately wouldn't recommend it for that reason.

It looks like just another misspelling of Michaela to me. That's what I would assume, even though it does look like it would be pronounced mih-KAH-la.
There is an Australian actress named Michala Banas who pronounces it like Michaela/Makayla.
i have to admit that if i saw it i would think it was a new spelling of michaela or makayla, maybe just pron. more like mih-KAH-la, but i don't know that i'd readily pron. it the way you like. if you like the pron. mee-KAH-la, maybe michalah would work better? or mikalah? i don't know if that helps AT ALL! :/
