I like both but Gianna might cause some confusion. In case you don't know, the correct pronunciation of Gianna is more like JOHN-nuh not Gee-AH-nuh (with the I and A sort of blending together, and preferably pronouncing both N's). This is a fairly popular name around me bc there is a large Italian population, and I would guess most of them use the Italian prn. It might be a hassle to use a non-standard pronunciation. Then again, if you live in an area with very few Italians, your pronunciation would probably be easier for English speakers.
