As a fn, I LOVE Lily but it's getting a bit popular lately. :( So Liliana with the nn Lily would be great imo, as she'd have Liliana to "fall back on" so to speak; so she wouldn't be just another Lily. :)
Rose has become such a filler mn lately, BUT I still find it gorgeous either as a fn or mn (though I find it especially refreshing as a fn, or part of a fn like Rosalie, Rosemary, etc.).
