[Opinions] Re: Interesting BAs from The Telegraph (long)
in reply to a message by Rose-Berry
I like
Boys:
Alfred Jack Francis
Barnaby Thomas Arthur
Christopher (Kit) Edwin Grantham
Edmund Patrick Hugo
Finnian Selby
Frederick Vincent Joseph
Lachlan Robert Campbell
Maximilian Terence
Percival Laurence Burleigh
Rafferty Ivo
Robert John Dalziel
Sebastian James
Girls:
Amelia Florence
Annabella Louisa
Charlotte Ginevra
Cicely Violet
Constance Iris Grace
Elsa Victoria
Emilia Catherine Gianna
Millicent Kate
Theodora Clara
Zinzan is very interesting but Rollo only makes me think of the sweets.
Some sibsets I found interesting:
Orla, Basil and Digby - Basil and Digby seem so old but in a sophisticated way. I also noticed that there was another Digby in the BAs.
Merlin and Theodora - I'm surprised to see those names in a sibset. I think they belong to two very different naming styles, but on the other hand I think it's a good thing that people use the names they like and not desperately try to find names that 'match'.
Poppy, Rosy and Harry - way too cutesy imo
Tilly and Purdey - To be honest I think these are more suitable for cats than girls
I keep saying it but I really like that fact that it seems popular to use two middle names.
