I know one Suzanna who is 19 and one Susana who is 13 but no Susanna's / Susannah's. I prefer it without the h though.
I like the name Susan very much, though I can't use it because a person I used to be friends with destroyed it for me.
I think Susan has a good 30-40 years before popularity returns, Susanna might get popular in the next 20-25 years, but I doubt it. I think Suzie/Susie/Suzy would be likely as would Anna, as Susana is known as both Suzy and Ana to her brothers, sister, and step-sisters.
I really dislike Zuzu though, it makes me think of Zazu, the bird from the Lion King and I always hated him when I was a small child, so I guess it's carried over. Adelaida nn Ada is beautiful though, and I also love nns Laidey, Addy, Adele, Della etc. Adelaida and Susan would be nice for sisters :).
