So, part of my job is placing orders for people, and this city name in Ohio came past today.
All that went through my mind was, "oh thats the next Add or placename trend"
So, do you think it could be one of those next super-trend names?

It certainly fits the template for a trendy name. It's not only a placename but also is very similar to the already trendy Addison / Addyson.
But frankly I think it sounds and looks just terrible.

I have a bad feeling it's already been used a time or three
It has nearly everything that is tryndee/trash: it's ambisexual, WASP-y-last-name, unnecessary y, place-name... and of course it's "like Addison, only, like, different."

Probably, I'm sure it has been used already. Or someone will think "Since Addison is so popular, I'll be unique and change it too Addyston!" So yeah, given the chance, it would become trendy and popular.
