1. I like Una best.
2. I like Anya best, Anwen would be No. 2. I don't even know how to pronounce Ayn, and if I pronounce it as seems most natural (Eye-n), it does not sound pretty.
3. There is a type of hair-colouring which is called henna. So I don't like Henna. But Henny would be fine. I think Henny originally is a short form of Henriette or Henrietta, but I think Henny can stand alone as formal name too.
