Help[Opinions] Zephyra
Hi everyone! Does anyone know how Zephyra is pronounced? Is it like Zephyr with an 'a' on the end (so ZEFF-er-a) or is it zeff-EER-a? Thank you so much.

Zephyros in Modern Greek is ZEH-fee-rohs, but the stress between different forms isn't always consistant, so Zephyra could be ZEH-fee-rah or zeh-FEE-rah. I can't find the Greek form.
I am not sure of the pronunciation in English because the language is so inconsistant when it comes to the pronunciation of the letter Y in names that are transliterated from Greek.

I believe it is pronounced Zeh-pheer-uh.

I've never heard of Zephyra, so I can't help you there. But I have heard Zephirine, "zeh-fir-EEN."

I have seen Zephyrine, but it is pronounced Zeh-fear-een. The problem is, that pronunciation really doesn't do it justice because there is this funky thing you do with your mouth when saying the 'fear' part.
