I'm a X Files fan and there are no Jeffreys in France so I think of agent Jeffrey Spender. Not bad, but the "killed by his father the cigarette guy" would prevent me from using it.

My husbands name is Jeffrey and my son is James Jeffrey, so I find it hard to see anyone other than my husband I like the name but I dislike the Geoffrey spelling

I only like it spelt Geoffrey. I only like it because it's a family name. It seems middle age to me because all the Geoffrey/Jeffreys I know or hear of are middle age.

I don't really love the name, but I am in love with the original spelling, Geoffrey. I picture a Jeffrey to have brown hair, be fairly athletic, but with a laid back attitude.

Geoffrey to me has blonde hair and is sweet but very masculine at the same time. He is good-looking and is pretty quiet.

I prefer the spelling Geoffrey. I just think that spelling is so much nicer and, for some reason, more mature looking.

well hes my cousin...he will be called jeff. I dunno kinda 70's to me. i dont dislike like it. I can only picture my salsa rock hippy cousin:) but im sure jeff can be anyone:)In other words, i guess it doesnt evoke a strong feeling.
