I like Kira a lot. Ciara/Keira/Kiera is not related to Kira, though. Kira is the Russian feminine form of Kirill, and Ciara is the Irish feminine form of Ciar.

I think Kira is trendy, but still a classic name, unlike Kayla.

I would spell it Kira for the Russian name, and Kiera for the Irish name.
