This is a weird one- I really love Martin, and I really love other -ine/een names. Martine, just...can't get into. Sorry! Utterly unreasonable, as Albertine, Irene, Noreen and even Arlene appeal to me. What is it about Martine that you like? D you like Justine?

It's so hard to put my finger on why I like it. And the weird thing is, I don't like any of the other "een" ending names in your post... so you would think I would hate it! I suppose it's the "crispness" of the sound of the "tine" and that its uncommon (which is why Justine- which seems outdated, doesn't do it for me.)
