I'm the right age to know lots of Heather (early 20's) but don't know any.
I'm surprised so many people were for it because I thought this name had a strong "1980's Valley Girl" association. Once you get past the, well, "Heathers" image, it's quite nice sound and meaning. I could see it making a comeback once this generation of Heathers is older -- maybe 20 years.
