I like Adrienne. I wouldn't choose it myself, but it isn't bad. A few years ago I definitely would have said it's dated, but it doesn't feel that way anymore as similar names start to make a comeback. It bet it will too. However, as of now, the only Adrienne I know is over 60.

I definitely prefer Adriana or Adrianna. I like the "ana" ending. This also feels less dated... maybe because I know an Adriana who is 14.
